Selecting an attorney is an important responsibility. For the first time, the Internet provides prospective consumers of legal services the real ability to search for and obtain information about a prospective attorney. Selecting an attorney requires you to make an informed decision. In THE NORTON LAW GROUP's litigation practice, we represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases always on a contingency fee basis. This means that you do not pay our firm any legal fees unless we are successful in securing a recovery in your case. In some matters we may agree to pay all costs necessary to prosecute your case.

We only accept those cases which we believe are not frivolous and are meaningful to both our clients and our firm.
